Information collected automatically: Like most websites, we may collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, typically through server logs or hosting-provider analytics.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form
- Deliver, manage, and coordinate consulting and staffing engagements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, callers, and hiring companies
- Send transactional emails (account setup, password resets, engagement updates)
- Maintain the security and integrity of our systems
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal information.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to operate our business:
- Service providers: We use third-party providers to operate the Site and deliver Services, including Supabase (database and file storage), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting). These providers process data on our behalf and are not authorized to use it for their own purposes.
- Within an engagement: Candidate and job information is shared with the relevant caller, job bidder, or hiring company as necessary to coordinate an interview or placement, with the candidate's knowledge.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your information as described in Section 7.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information in our systems, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy
Our Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
